Danks: 4 IP, 0ER.

Floyd: Has yet to pitch.

Don't forget, the Rockies have nobody in their lineup with a ST batting average under .300.

I really hope Floyd doesnt get it. I just dont trust him. In a sick twisted way, I was glad to see him give up that slam today. Follow the light Kenny.

I still think that Haeger should get the spot. My reasoning is as follows:

1.) Floyd doesn't appear to be able to cut it against big league talent.
2.) Danks, while impressive, really should get some more innings under his belt in the minors.

Haeger is as reasonable of a proposition as either of these two, and I think that if given a chance he won't disappoint and could be the answer to the 5th starter question for the next 15-20 years if given a chance. He hasn't embarrassed himself in Arizona, where many suspected he would suffer due to knuckleball-unfriendly conditions.

How about Haeger for the BP spot and Danks for the opening spot?

Can't wait till Gio and Adam R get to possibly crack the rotation next year if Mark isn't back.

Yeah I can't wait for the rotation in a few years with pitchers like:
Gio Gonzalez
John Danks
Gavin Floyd
Adam Russell
Andy Sisco
Charlie Haeger
Nick Massett
Lance Broadway
