We've spent the past week working on our client portfolios that we Fed Ex to our Clients. Today we had everything laid out on a table in a conference room. Well..something had to happen and it did.

An open bottle of Pepsi was knocked over (one guess who knocked it over:D ) which pretty much managed to ruin a good part of the work. Fortunately, everything is saved so we were able to re-print and arrange everything (but it took several hours).

So the person who knocked over the bottle is sulking (we 'overreacted' in their opinion)...most of us didn't get to eat lunch and the kindergarten syndrome kicked in later in the day.

From now on..NO ONE is allowed to bring food and/or drinks in any meetings or any conference rooms. I really hate this mentality. This is one person messes up so we punish everyone.

I think you discipline the person who would do that. Why should everyone have to be penalized now. (Some of our meetings are long and you have to eat or drink)...

But I didn't say it was HER..

okay..it was..and it almost looked like she did it on purpose (not that I stare at her all day or anything...:D )

Yeah she's crazy bro!!!! You should get rid of her at the same time as the cat, so ya only have to dig one hole.;)

We have one like her..but she's always pissed and yells at people on the phone..(her and Kelly have went at it a few times in a conference room)...

Not what you're thinking..one day Kelly was mad at her and came up to me and said "Heather is a bitc..I can't stand her...!" and Heather was standing right behind her when she said it.

Heather asked to talk to her in one of the conference rooms and even with the door closed we could hear them yelling..
