The Democrats' two legislative accomplishments thus far--i.e., bills they actually passed*--are raising the minimum wage and permitting warrantless wiretaps. So they've enacted the economic equivalent of creation science and pissed on the Constitution, all while not fixing the Patriot Act or ending the war.
