Fautino De Los Santos promoted to W-S

We haven't talked about this guy too much yet, but he's our best pitching prospect below AA.

121 Ks in 97 IPs and batters only hit .148 against him.

Could you argue that he's the best prospect after Gio Gonzalez in terms of major league projection? It seems as if Broadway, McCullouch, Egbert, and Haegar project as 3s at best.

Sure. His talent is not in question. It's just really hard for me to rate a guy very highly when he's never even thrown a pitch in high A ball.

Fair enough. His A numbers are pretty similar to Clayton Kershaw's though, who just got promoted to AA. Kershaw was rated the #24 prospect by BA to start the season. If nothing else, he's someone to keep an eye on.

Wasn't DLS moved to the bullpen? Seems all of his lines recently are in relief.

He was dinged up and took some time off, so they were just stretching him back out.

He still should be considered a starter.
