what do you want to know?
it was like a really long episode
you see bart's wiener
tom hanks makes a pretty funny cameo
there were a lot of really good flanders jokes
homer got the shit beat out of him
spider pig was actually very funny
it's of season 8-9 quality--not awesome but pretty damn funny.
what do you want to know? just go see it. it's worth it

There were funny parts to the movie, but overall, I don't think it lived up to the hype. This movie, quite possibly, was about 7 years too late.

I saw it yesterday. It was pretty funny. Not roll on the floor funny, but amusing.
Definitely wouldn't see it again. And if any of you know me at all, I'm the biggest Simpsons apologist on here. I rarely say something negative about the entire series. But the movie was kinda
Here's my biggest beef, and I can say this without giving away anything. There's a few PG-13 moments in the movie that I really found to be unnecessary. For 18 years now the Simpsons have made a living off of more clever humor, and the worst word they would say was damn or ass. Well Marge says "god damn" at one point and Homer flips people off at another. It's not that I was offended, FUCK NO haha...I just found that it wasn't needed.
Anyone see what I'm sayin? Anyone agree with that?
edit: how could I forget Bart's rated R moment. Another part that really wasn't needed.

In other news, I loved the Simpsons movie. saw it TWICE.
i thought it was possbly the worst 8 dollars i had ever spent.
There have been many episodes that were funnier and had better plots.
there were several funny parts, but i give it a 5 of 10
It was WAY below my expectations

That has to be Ford City. I went to Arclight in Hollywood, and it was a pristine, scratchless print, as it should be.
