With the bases loaded in the second, Cotts served up two long foul balls to Ian Kinsler that would have been home runs before Kinsler cranked a three-run double into the gap in left-center field. Eight of the 12 men Cotts faced reached base, including one on shortstop Ronny Cedeno's error. After yielding seven hits in two innings in his first start, Cotts now has given up 15 hits in five innings, while opposing hitters have a .500 average against the left-hander.
McCarthy, slated for the No. 3 spot in the Rangers' rotation, was equally ineffective, allowing five runs on seven hits in two innings in his second start. Murton hit a two-run homer in the first, while Hill hit a three-run shot in the second.

I hate to see both pitch bad but I does make me giggle a bit since they are not on our team anymore.:)

Yeah, that doesn't sound right. I hope he gets traded.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember reading some things about Cotts on how he was pretty upset that he was traded to the Cubs.
Grow up a Cards fan, play for the Sox, get traded to the Cubs? Poor guy.

I'm sure we'll change it as his post count increases.
In fact, fuck it... let's keep it topical.

i don't have much faith in cotts as a starter and not so much even as a reliever but i'll be amazed if brandon isn't real successful ..... no matter how small his weiner is.

Probably... they can stay as long as they want as long as it entertains us, which it probably will.

We might try a different way of doing things around here. Perhaps instead of a swift banning we'll change their username to "Cum Dumpster" and make it so everything they post automatically turns into "I can't stop thinking about cock."
Cause, you know... we want to make people feel like they can post here without any restrictions. And it's more fun.

He grew up a Cardinals and SOX fan. He wore his emotions on his sleeve,
he wasn't happy to be a Cub. For that, I'll always have his back .....

I'd be pissed too if I had to wear those pajamas they call uniforms. It's impossible not to look like an asshole.

I have no problem with either player personally, but it's funny that Phil Rogers predicted that both of them would do great and that the Chicago media regularly rips on Sox players for "struggling" in minimal Spring Training appearances.

I actually felt for Cotts last season. You could definitely tell that he was upset with his pitching and had completely lost his confidence.
With that said, I'm glad he's not our problem anymore.
