Remember this jackass? Sued his cleaners for $54mil because they lost his pants. Well, a judge ruled against him, and forced him to pay the legal costs of the cleaners. The NLRB is calling for him to be disbarred. I hope they succeed. This was the epitome of frivolous lawsuits.

I don't know Jerry, so he may be a good guy, but his zeal to defend every dumbass lawsuit some attorney brings borders on pathetic.

I can't stand that kind of lawyer and that "us against the laymen" mentality. Some suits are just...plain...stupid.

I bet he likes Wickard v. Filburn too. :D

I've met him and hung out with him on several occasions. He's a nice guy and we got along. However, since replacing me he's become a douche on the board. He's kinda like chip...um...chops that way.

He was one of the people from my "ignore" list that were made mods and made me seriously consider jumping ship. I'm guessing that he's not a defense lawyer.

I don't think I'm defending him. He is definitely over the top and on a huge power trip since becoming a mod on that other site. However, he has been nice to me in person and we got along a-ight
