I'll be there for the third year in a row. My friend lives on Sealy in Beverly, and her cousin lives in Beverly also. We go there for bloody marys and breakfast. Last year we went to a friends place on Artesian and walked to about 111th to see the parade. I went to take a piss and JUST MISSED the trophy. I was upset to say the least.

Interesting, I've never had such an experience. We're usually on the "dry" side of Western though, it helps a bit. People are still drinking and are drunk, but you don't get the goofuses so much. Plus we stood right in front of a school, not the bars. I don't know where you were or anything, but I'd assume in front of the bars.

And the South Side Irish Stereotypes are mostly true. They start drinking at 14 and the like to fight. :D
