At the top of this board I posted an announcement that linked to WSJ. Apparently that was taken down. That's not a good start. :jagoff:

And while this is an upgrade in terms of software and all that shit... I think a lot of people are worried about how the place is gonna be run, I like how WSJ is with the (almost) complete freedom to post whatever the fuck you want. I think the issue here that forum leaders in general are struggling with is how to make a respectable board that lots of people will join without turning it into a Nazi-WSI-like board.

Anyway, what I'm really trying to say here is:

Well again - before we pack up the old board and kick everybody out, we gotta make sure this is the right place for WSJ and its members.

We don't want to close down that board and then come over here to find we can't do as we please and keep the spirit of WSJ.

Oh, and no, I don't think the other WSJ is a ghost town yet. There are a few posters who have specifically said they don't want to join this new board and are continuing to post over there and such.

No, it's not a ghost town at all. Lots of people still are posting there who haven't (and maybe won't ever) registered here.
