The execs at SATC are not pleased with the ratings of the "On the Farm" subforum. If they do not improve, this sub-forum will be replaced with re-runs of "Whose Line is it Anyway?"

This section of the forum may not have the most traffic, but its certainly the most beneficial. Its an easy way to find out whats going on with the minor league players and everything is all right there. Not much is known about the guys on a day to day basis, since most of the exposure is to the Sox, but SectionBNole does a great job of updating and keeping everyone up to date. I may not post much in there, I don't post much at all, but I definitely read the updates that he puts in there everyday. That being said, it would be disappointing if you replaced the minor league board.

Wait, are we talking threads or views?

I view this board daily, but only for Section's insight. Since I don't know much about the minors/college, I don't post things unless I have a question. Otherwise, I only read.

I think that goes for most of us.

SectionB should treat this forum like he's a professor. We're all just reading and soaking up the knowledge. You should be happy that no one's posting about Scrubs or Beef n' Brandy in this sacred forum.

I just dont understand why this sub-forum would be folded, especially if I donate like I have and plan on doing.

Don't listen to SABR, he's just trying to get a rallying cry for the minors section. :shrug:

"On The Farm" is not going anywhere. :thumbsup:

Yikes, a little too defensive.

1) SATC does not have executives.
2) SATC does not have Nielsen Ratings.
3) SATC does not (yet) own the rights to reruns of "Who's Line is it Anyway?"

4) (most important, hence the line break) It was just a joke, trying to get people to come in here and take a look, since there's a lot of good stuff in here (not like that filthy, despicable Locker Room we can't seem to stop posting in.)

However, joking or not, there are probably a lot more productive things you can do than to start a thread like this.
