Are they fucking retarded. Nate Clements 8/80 million. You would think they would try to avoid re-entering salary cap hell.

I can't believe that shit. It's a damn cornerback. I mean he's damn good, but who pays 10 million a year for a cornerback?
The scary thing is with these contracts the price tag goes up each year. So by year 6 they might be paying him like 15 million for that season:omg:

They'll waive him way before it gets to that point. That's the great thing about football contracts, they're non-guaranteed. You could just cut him, and a year later, you're out of salary cap hell.
