he responded to questions about Gary Mathews Jr, but what some aren't saying is that DeRosa and Mathews were teammates. You travel/play with the guy for 162 games a year ........... Im very curious about all of this now ....

if anyone listened to the Mike North show this morning (I know, some dont like him) he brought up a very compelling point. He was interviewing DeRosa and the cubbie got pretty mad at North for asking him about the Steroids and him being in the same clubhouse. Now maybe DeRosa was never told he would be asked that by North and North baited him, I dont know, But the fact remains, DeRosa has surprisingly little to say about all of that (steroids are bad, we need to clean the game etc etc)

Definitely interesting. I could see North blindsiding him. Still nothing to get all pissed over though. He could have just answered the question and moved on.
