In college baseball this weekend right here in Tallahassee. I'm pretty excited about it. There are going to be some major prospects out there all weekend.

I am trying to get an interview set up with FSU 2nd Baseman who is arguably the top middle infielder in all of college baseball. Entering last weekened he was hitting .491 even after playing over 35 games!

This should be a great series. I have a feeling that UNC suprises the Noles and takes 2 but since I don't follow ACC baseball very closely it really isn't more than a feeling. Has FSU even lost at home yet? They have to at some point.

As impressive as what Thomas from FSU is doing UNC's Dustin Ackley is right there with him as a freshman. Both are actually tied with the top batting average in the country at .467 (as of 4/15).

We lost this past wednesday. We dont have a midweek starter to speak of, but our weekend rotation might be as tough as it gets.

As far as this series goes, we really need to take 2 of the 3. Whether we will do that or not, I have no idea. Lately we have had a serious issue with leaving people on base which is strange because earlier we would get clutch hit after clutch hit.

Regardless, its going to be a fun one.

FSU can't complete the sweep, still a great series win by the Noles and should quiet any naysayers.

Yeah, I actually couldnt make it to the game today. Early start conflicted with Church, plus exams.

One of the best, if not the best middle infielders in college baseball this year...

Can he field though? Can he run? Or is he just a strong bat? (I don't know much about this guy, or any ACC player). In this day and age I often get more excited by a terrific defensive play than a standup double by a college player any day of the week.

He is terrific in the field (very rangy), a serious threat on the bases as well.
