LMAO at the tools at ESPN who spent 2 weeks hyping up the 1st home game for "Dice-K," only to see him get upstaged by an underhyped pitcher. Solid outing by Matsuwhateverthehell, but King Felix dominated a loaded Boston lineup.

I watched some of that game last night, after listening on the radio in the car and Felix was just disgusting.
He had many different speeds for his breaking balls and then could throw in a fastball range of 10mph, topping out at 99mph. It was nasty stuff.
In the 7th inning I heard on the radio that 15 outs were due to groundballs and no ball had yet left the infield.

It would've been a lot sweeter if the M's scored 10 on Dice-K. Man, I hate the hype.
Sorry, pal - not every team is the Royals.

In his two starts he has recorded 50 something outs, only 7 of those outs have left the infield. He is pitching great right now, will be something to see if he can keep it up, and he just turned 21 a few days ago.

He's on my fantasy team.

Nice draft pick. Opponents are batting .075 off him, simply amazing.

GOOD. They had Around the Horn on at the gym yesterday and I about puked at the hype for this guy. Well, it's been going on since he was signed, but you know what I mean.
You would swear that Dice-K is the first Japanese player EVER to come to America. It makes me sick, and it's insulting to the Japanese players that have come before him.

Maybe we don't live in Japan. If ESPN covered every sport that is on a grand stage in Japan, I'd expect to see some sumo, Pride fighting, and a lot more K-1.
