I'm kinda slow w/ the news, but saw this. And, a bigger delayed reaction I read that Freddie Garcia started the season on the DL and won't start until next tuesday.
I'm going back to bed now, nite, nite.

Sucks that McCarthy lost and Garcia is on the DL... I do wish the best for them... but hey, this kind of makes KW look like a genius, no? Especially with the way Aardsma and Erstad are playing.

Didn't think Aardsma could do that--whew! And, I'm likin' Erstad out there also.
I'm listening to the SCORE right now and I can't believe the people dumping on the Sox (Kenny and Oz especially) after only 2 games. Bunch of closet cub fans or fair weather sox fans. who needs 'em.

People who call in those radio shows are always the biggest idiots of their respective fanbases. That's a fact.

They're gonna be the same reactionary idiots who predict a World Championship when we win 3 in a row.

honestly---3 ER from Contreras OR Garland and we'd at least have 1 win right now.

Not saying I want McCarthy back or that anything is anything, but it's not as if kid stunk the place up.

I'm gonna reserve judgement until they pitch again, and against a team other than the Jndians.

Their (Jndians) offense just looks like it's firing on all cylinders right out of the gate. But again, that could be our starting pitching. We'll see...
